"Stretching You Out while Building You Up" Part 1 Mobility Video Series with Russ Bonham

All my #climbers/ #athletes , here is a 7-10 min sequence to get the hips and ankles warm before the day starts or workout begins. 

 

Hip Sequence:

  1. 10x, Cat / Cow  

  2. 20x, Pelvic Tilts

  3. 20x, Air Squats 

  4. 10x, Sumo Squats

  5. 5x, Sumo Hold w/ trunk rotation

  6. 5x, Chinese Squat with arm raises

  7. 5x, Spider-Man Lunges (stay as low as possible on these when transitioning)

  8. 10x, Heel Raises in Downward Dog Variation

  9.
