"Stretching You Out while Building You Up" Part 1 Mobility Video Series with Russ Bonham
All my #climbers/ #athletes , here is a 7-10 min sequence to get the hips and ankles warm before the day starts or workout begins.
- 10x, Cat / Cow
- 20x, Pelvic Tilts
- 20x, Air Squats
- 10x, Sumo Squats
- 5x, Sumo Hold w/ trunk rotation
- 5x, Chinese Squat with arm raises
- 5x, Spider-Man Lunges (stay as low as possible on these when transitioning)
- 10x, Heel Raises in Downward Dog Variation
